These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors of QuikStartup (Pty) Ltd.
QuikStartup provides professional compliance, registration, documentation, website design, and digital marketing services for South African businesses.
Specific services include but are not limited to:
All services are delivered remotely. No office visit is required unless otherwise specified.
Administration Fees: All prices displayed on our website are administration fees only. These cover our processing, submission, and handling costs.
Government Fees: Government and regulatory authority fees (CIPC, SARS, PSIRA, CIDB, etc.) are excluded from our displayed prices. These fees will be disclosed to you before any processing begins.
Payment Methods: We accept EFT (bank transfer), Yoco card payments, and cash deposits. Payment details are provided after order placement.
Payment Terms: Full payment of administration fees is required before we commence work on your order. Government fees are paid separately at the time of submission to the relevant authority.
Quotes: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
When you place an order with us:
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only. Actual processing times depend on the relevant government authority (CIPC, SARS, etc.).
QuikStartup is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities. We will communicate any known delays promptly.
Cancellation by Client: You may cancel your order before work has commenced for a full refund of administration fees. Once work has commenced, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
Government Fees: Government fees paid to CIPC, SARS, PSIRA, CIDB, or other authorities are non-refundable once submitted.
Completed Services: No refunds are issued for services that have been completed and delivered.
Website Design: A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once design concepts have been presented.
Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at info@quikstartup.co.za. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikStartup (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the administration fees you paid for the specific service in question.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and icons, is the property of QuikStartup (Pty) Ltd and protected by South African copyright laws.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (e.g., website design, company profile, business plan). QuikStartup retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
